After 22 years abroad, Marcia returned to open a wellness retreat in Choiseul. This is her story.
Marcia left Saint Lucia in 2001 with a nursing degree and a one-way ticket to New York. Two decades, three children, and countless double shifts later, she's back — and she's building.

"Every vacation home felt shorter than the last," she says. "I stopped counting the trips and started counting the reasons to stay."
The build
Her retreat in Choiseul opens next spring with six rooms, a garden kitchen, and wellness programs designed around the rhythms of the island. Lucian Links members get first access.
