Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lucian Links (the "Service"), a members-only travel marketplace connecting the St Lucian diaspora with accommodation, tour, transfer, and experience providers in Saint Lucia. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

Eligibility

Membership is intended for members of the St Lucian diaspora and their immediate family. To access member rates and booking features you must complete diaspora verification with valid supporting documentation. We may decline, suspend, or revoke membership at our discretion.

Accounts and membership ID

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Each approved member receives a unique Membership ID and digital card. The Membership ID is personal, non- transferable, and may not be shared.

Inquiries and bookings

The Service currently operates on an inquiry basis: when you submit an inquiry, we forward your request to the relevant supplier who confirms availability, pricing, and payment terms directly with you. Lucian Links does not process payments and is not a party to the contract for travel services between you and the supplier.

Supplier obligations

Partners agree to keep listings, rates, availability, and policies accurate; to honour published member rates and promotions; to respond to inquiries in a reasonable timeframe; and to comply with all applicable Saint Lucian tourism, consumer-protection, and tax regulations. Listings are subject to admin approval before going live.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false verification documents or impersonate another person.
• Do not scrape, resell, or misuse member pricing or content.
• Do not use the Service to harass suppliers or other members.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access controls, or admin tooling.

Intellectual property

The Lucian Links brand, site design, editorial content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Supplier-provided listings, photos, and descriptions remain owned by the supplier, who grants us a licence to display them on the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that listings, rates, or availability are error-free, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any supplier.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucian Links is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from travel arranged through a supplier on the platform.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Saint Lucia, unless local consumer law provides otherwise.
