• Marketplace activity: favourites, inquiries, bookings, and messages exchanged with suppliers.
• Supplier information: business details, listings, rates, availability, and communications for partners onboarded to the platform.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address, and usage logs collected to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use information

• Create and manage your member account and membership ID.
• Verify your eligibility as a member of the St Lucian diaspora.
• Route inquiries and bookings to the relevant supplier.
• Send transactional messages, service updates, and — with your consent — curated offers.
• Protect the platform against fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access.

Sharing with suppliers

When you submit an inquiry or booking, we share the details required to fulfil your request (typically your name, contact information, travel dates, and party size) with the relevant supplier. Verification documents are never shared with suppliers.

Storage and retention

Account data is retained while your membership is active. Verification documents are retained only as long as needed to confirm eligibility and are removed on request. Inquiry and booking records may be retained to meet record-keeping and dispute-resolution obligations.
